DRX Logistics

Shipper Policy

At DRX Logistics LLC, we prioritize safety, reliability, and transparency in every load we move. This Shipper Policy outlines the terms, protections, and expectations between DRX Logistics and the shippers we proudly serve.

Carrier Vetting & Compliance

At DRX Logistics, safety and compliance are our top priorities. We only partner with carriers who have active authority, proper insurance, and a strong safety record. Every shipment goes through the following checks:
● FMCSA SAFER Snapshot Review – Verification of authority and insurance.
● Inspection/ISS Score Check – Ensuring safe operating history.
● Policy Match – Confirming carrier equipment and commodity compatibility.
● Live Insurance Verification – For high-value and high-risk loads.
● Proof of Delivery (POD) Audit – Ensuring accuracy and accountability after delivery.
We reserve the right to reject any carrier who does not meet our internal standards of professionalism, safety, and performance.

Insurance & Liability Protections

To ensure shipper confidence and freight protection, we maintain:
● $100,000 Contingent Cargo Insurance
● $50,000 Errors & Omissions Insurance
● Broker Bond (BMC-84) — $75,000 as required by FMCSA
Carrier insurance policies are also verified prior to dispatch. Shippers may request COI (Certificate of Insurance) at any time.

Freight Booking & Dispatch Policy

All loads booked through DRX Logistics will be confirmed via written Rate Confirmation (RateCon) and signed agreement. DRX will:
● Provide estimated pickup and delivery windows
● Offer carrier contact information upon dispatch
● Monitor load in real-time (where tracking is applicable)
● Notify shipper immediately of delays, exceptions, or incidents

Tracking & Communication

We provide 24/7 communication and visibility on all shipments through:
● Email & Text Updates (Optional)

Service Guarantee & Dispute Resolution

DRX Logistics guarantees brokered services under the scope of reasonable control. We are not the carrier but will act on behalf of the shipper to resolve any issue or dispute professionally.
In the rare event of damages, delays, or claims:
● DRX will coordinate claim filing with the responsible motor carrier
● All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of delivery
● DRX will not be liable beyond the limits of contingent coverage unless negligence is proven
